Contest Period

HeLo Moo Pandan Ria Colouring Contest (“Contest”) runs from 20 March 2025 – 16 April 2025 (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

Eligibility

1. The Contest is open to all individuals residing in Malaysia
2. Participants must be 17 years old or above. For minors, parental or guardian consent is required.

How to Participate

1. Participants must obtain the official HeLo Moo Pandan Ria colouring sheet from HeLo Moo outlets.
2. Colour the sheet creatively using any medium (crayons, colour pencils, watercolours, etc.).
3. Submit the completed artwork physically at the HeLo Moo outlets together with a purchase receipt from HeLo Moo and follow IG @helomoomy before 16 April 2025.
4. Each participant may submit only one entry.

Judging & Winner Selection

1. Entries will be judged based on creativity, colour selection, and overall presentation.
2. A panel of judges appointed by HeLo Moo will select 5 winners. The decision of the judges is final and binding.
3. Winners will be announced via HeLo Moo’s Instagram @helomoomy

Prizes

1. Prizes are as follows:
   • Kintry’s Gift Box x 5
   • Kintry’s Gift Voucher Code x RM 50 (pending)
   • HeLo Moo’s Credit Voucher x RM 50
2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
3. HeLo Moo reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

Rights & Permissions

1. By participating, participants grant HeLo Moo the right to use, publish, and display submitted artworks for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
2. Participants confirm that their entries are original and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.

General Terms

1. HeLo Moo reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice.
2. HeLo Moo is not responsible for any lost, late, or incomplete entries due to technical or other reasons.
